SPX+ ERROR SENDING SMS AKCP Remote Sensor Monitoring

Hello, please am trying to configure the sms notification on my spx+ but show error when sending sms, i follow the instruction in the manual all the sim card user are working perfeclly okay on my mobile phone.

First, always make sure the firmware that is running on the unit is the latest on our website support portal.
