We have to scan all files before deploying, the firmware zip files are password protected and therefore not scanned and not accessible when we transfer them to the system that will perform the SensorProbe update. Can the password be provided in order to unzip and scan the files, then we will zip again with the password on the system that will perform the update?

Dear Customer,
Thank you for your email. However, please confirm what base unit type you are referring to. Either the sensorProbe, sensorProbe2+ or SPX+.
If you are referring to the older sensorProbe unit then there is no need to unzip the firmware file. Please follow the firmware upgrade steps provided in the text file that is included in the firmware download package.
