Hello AKCP Customer,

AKCPro Server software will run on any MS Windows version that still supports running 32-bit applications (x86) and has a full graphical GUI.
So excluding the Core Server editions (which only have command-line UI), it will run on all.

We have tested the software on MS Server 2022 without any issues (Server 2012 – 2019 is also fine). It also runs well on Win 10 & Win 11.

Also please keep in mind that the computers LAN MAC address needs to be fixed, or static as if this changes, the license will no longer work. For example, when using a VM this address needs to be changed to fixed.

Moreover, if the server needs to be relocated from one computer to another you will need to contact our sales & support team and provide BOTH the current MAC address and the new MAC address so the license can be transferred.
