i have AKCP WTG F7 he just stop send any emails and I didn’t change any settings smtp.

Please send us the screen shots of the error messages and also the support file from the unit to [email protected].
You can create the support file here in the WTG web UI:
Please also include what type of SMTP server you are using and also check with your system administrator to ensure that no settings have been changed on this, or that this could be an antivirus or firewall issue.
