this error is popuping in page 192.168.0.104 , i have connected the sensor probe+ which has thermal Map sensor attached.The Graph is not showing/updating.

Hello AKCP Customer,
Please first make sure that the firmware on your SP+ unit is running the latest version on our website support portal;

Then try clearing the cache on your browser and running the refresh. You could also try using a different browser type.
Also, if possible, try switching the Thermal Map sensor, if this is what is displaying the JSON error to a different sensor port on the SP+ unit.
Regarding the graphing, first make sure that the graph is enabled for the sensor and also the date and time zone on the SP+ unit matches that of the computer you are viewing the web UI from.
If you are still having the issue, please contact our support team and include the screen shot of the error & the support file from the unit ([email protected]).
