Hello AKCP,
I am getting this “Internal Error” showing in at least 3 or 4 of our SPX+ & SP2+ AKCP base units. My other 2 SPX+ units are not showing this error.
I have tried clearing the cache on our browser, tried using a different browser type and also tried a factory reset (after creating the backup files).
Can you please help us on this problem?

Dear AKCP Customer,
The error you encountered may occur if the device has exceeded its limit for HTTPS connections.
To avoid resource contention due to the device’s resources, it is recommended that you access the device using only one browser tab at a time over HTTPS.
Please close all browser tabs that are connected to the SPX+ Web UI, and then try accessing it again using just one tab.
If you require more concurrent connections, please use the HTTP connections to the web interface of the SP+ unit.
