Thank you for your email on this. For your information we do not provide 24/7 technical support, so normally our team will get back to you within 24 hours after receiving your email. Also, in most cases we are not located in your time zone.

We will gladly help, however we rely on our local dealers/resellers that you purchased our equipment from to assist you directly in your time zone. So, please do try and contact them for urgent or important issues.
