What is the issue if my CCM results are negative?

Hello,
Please check the details in our online e-Learning video here on the CCM;
If you are still having this issue, please send make sure the firmware on the SP+ unit is updated to the latest on our support portal here;

If this still does not resolve the issue, please send pictures of the installation along with a diagram and the support file from the SP+ to our support team ([email protected]).
