AKCP in collaboration with GMI Databox will announce a family of LoRaWAN products at the upcoming Intelligent Building Systems show in Paris Porte de Versailles, France.
AKCP, established in the USA in 1981, has 37 years of experience in professional sensor management solutions. AKCP is partnering with GMI Databox at the Intelligent Building Systems Show (http://www.ibs-event.com/), held between the 6th – 7th November 2018 in France. At this event, AKCP will be announcing, and previewing, their upcoming LoRaWAN products designed for the intelligent building, smart data centers and factory automation.
The AKCP solution is an end to end private or public LoRaWAN network, allowing the user to be in total control. No cloud services or third-party gateways are required. Your data is safe, secure and under your own control. This end to end solution means that you can get everything from one vendor. AKCP provides LoRaWAN devices, sensors, gateways and software, that includes an extensive suite of monitoring and management tools. The system also integrates with third-party LoRaWAN sensors.
AKCP’s wide range of sensors include temperature, humidity, water leak, airflow, dry contacts and relays. AKCP LoRaWAN sensors can be battery-powered or powered by external 5VDC input. Any of AKCP’s intelligent sensors can be directly connected giving an easy upgrade path for those with existing sensors from AKCP who wish to begin migrating to LoRaWan.
The system includes AKCP’s central management software, AKCPro Server running on the LoraWAN gateway. The software has a rich feature set that includes drill-down mapping, notification wizards, asset management, data logging graphing and reporting. Integration to ONVIF compatible IP cameras, such as those from Axis and HIK Vision, gives synchronization of sensor events with video. The system is also SNMP compliant and can be used to send data to customers existing NMS and BMS platforms.
